Recently, Eugen Uricaru, the president of Copyro Association Romania delievered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. His speech is as follows: Dear colleagues, dear friends I am pleased to send the greetings of Copyro’s members  and also  of  Copyro’s Management, and a successful wish for this first meeting of great importance and for the future work, hoping for a long cooperation, with excellent results, between the writers and the participating organizations. We believe that the initiative of the Chinese Writers  Association is one of those acts full of generosity and courage that ensures a better knowledge of the culture of our peoples and a future of this mutual knowledge. It is an essential element in the process of building the future world in which values are appreciated and respected, supported and disseminated to the general public. Humanity can only move forward if it will  know how to embrace all cultural values,  of all peoples. Economic ties cannot be established or developed if nations do not know each other through cultural exchanges....

Recently, Petko T. Hinov, a Bulgarian literary translator, delievered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. MPetko T. Hinov sincerely hopes that the LNBR will gather more literary talents in the “Belt and Road” countries and hold literary exchange activities, so that more people will have a deeper understanding of China from the cultural aspect. At the end, he also quoted a famous sentence from ancient Chinese classics: "Mountaineers are close to the water, although thousands of miles are far away, who dares not to come." He expressed his earnest hope for the cultural exchange activities that the LNBR will bring.

Vivian Lavín wishs the LNBR very fruitful. She said, "I am next to the Pacific Ocean, the same sea that bathes the coast of China. And so, as this sea is fruitful and has blessed us with water, we have to work for culture. And how? Translating us, reading us, circulating the books throughout this wonderful Literary Network of the Belt and Road."

Recently, Aleksei Rodionov, a Russian sinologist and literary translator, gave a congratulatory speech to LNBR Mr Rodionov said, "At present, the BRI partners are in the need of promoting mutual understanding and consolidate trust through cultural exchanges apart from enhancing economic cooperation. In this aspect, literature plays an irreplaceable positive role. In recent years, the literature translation among BRI partners has been obviously increased, yet literature promotion still requires our constant collaborative efforts." He wishs LNBR bring benefit to the people all over the world, nourishing the amity and friendship.

Recently, You Jin, a Singaporean write delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. She said, "The birth of  Literary Network of the Belt and Road is a piece of incredible news for literary circles. Like concentric circles, it connects everyone engages in literary creation and activities relevant to build a spiritual paradise.  As a symbol of unity and power, it is a glorious bridge of literature across the borders."

Recently, Kuroi Senji, the president of Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. He introduced that, founded in 1956, Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association has sent a delegation of Japanese writers to visit China for the first time in the same year. Since 1961, the association started to receive the delegations of Chinese writers. Such mutual visits continue until today. He believed that in the face of the unprecedented onslaught of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we anticipate wholeheartedly that at this most difficult times, the LNBR will explore new fields of global literary exchanges and focus at those neglected works of excellence and writers lie unknown by its following activities.

Recently, Igor Radev, a North Macedonian writer and literary translator, delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. Igor Radev spoke highly of the significance of the LNBR. He said: "I have always firmly believed that if one only speaks one language, only one culture and one type of literature, one will not be able to understand the great world." People need two eyes to see three-dimensional things. They also need the communication provided by LNBR to see the diversity of the world. He believed that LNBR will be able to bring significant contributions to the world.

Recently, Dimitrios Sotakis, a Greek novelist delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. He was very excited by this important initiative, which can bring people closer as writers and as people as well. He was certain that this effort will give birth to something wonderful and creative through our co-operation and common ideas. He was willing to help with all my forces to this direction. He hoped and looked forward to have the opportunity to meet soon with members of LNBR.

Recently, Park Jae-woo, a South Korean literary translator, delievered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. Mr. Park Jae-woo first expressed his gratitude to the Chinese Writers Association for inviting him to participate in the inaugural ceremony of LNBR, and warmly congratulated the establishment of the alliance. He earnestly hopes that the literary alliance will develop smoothly and become a bridge for international cultural exchanges.

Recently, Gala Uzurutova, a Russian poet and playwright, delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. She said, "Big greetings from Russia, from the bank of the Volga river, Ulyanovsk City! My name is Gala Uzryutova, I congratulate everyone on the launch of a new international writing network! This is a great opportunity to start interesting collaborative writing projects! Good luck!"
