Recently, Kuroi Senji, the president of Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. He introduced that, founded in 1956, Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association has sent a delegation of Japanese writers to visit China for the first time in the same year. Since 1961, the association started to receive the delegations of Chinese writers. Such mutual visits continue until today.
