Recently, Kuroi Senji, the president of Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. He introduced that, founded in 1956, Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association has sent a delegation of Japanese writers to visit China for the first time in the same year. Since 1961, the association started to receive the delegations of Chinese writers. Such mutual visits continue until today. He believed that in the face of the unprecedented onslaught of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we anticipate wholeheartedly that at this most difficult times, the LNBR will explore new fields of global literary exchanges and focus at those neglected works of excellence and writers lie unknown by its following activities.

Recently, Igor Radev, a North Macedonian writer and literary translator, delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. Igor Radev spoke highly of the significance of the LNBR. He said: "I have always firmly believed that if one only speaks one language, only one culture and one type of literature, one will not be able to understand the great world." People need two eyes to see three-dimensional things. They also need the communication provided by LNBR to see the diversity of the world. He believed that LNBR will be able to bring significant contributions to the world.

Recently, Dimitrios Sotakis, a Greek novelist delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. He was very excited by this important initiative, which can bring people closer as writers and as people as well. He was certain that this effort will give birth to something wonderful and creative through our co-operation and common ideas. He was willing to help with all my forces to this direction. He hoped and looked forward to have the opportunity to meet soon with members of LNBR.

Recently, Park Jae-woo, a South Korean literary translator, delievered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. Mr. Park Jae-woo first expressed his gratitude to the Chinese Writers Association for inviting him to participate in the inaugural ceremony of LNBR, and warmly congratulated the establishment of the alliance. He earnestly hopes that the literary alliance will develop smoothly and become a bridge for international cultural exchanges.

Recently, Gala Uzurutova, a Russian poet and playwright, delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. She said, "Big greetings from Russia, from the bank of the Volga river, Ulyanovsk City! My name is Gala Uzryutova, I congratulate everyone on the launch of a new international writing network! This is a great opportunity to start interesting collaborative writing projects! Good luck!"

Recently, Ganga Prasad Uprety, the chancellor of Nepal Academy, delievered a congratulatory speech to LNBR. He said, on the capacity of the Chancellor of Nepal Academy, an apex academic institution of Nepal — the country of the origin of eastern philosophy, birthplace of Lord Buddha, and the Mt. Everest, he felt honoured to congratulate and welcome to you all in this historic inauguration of LNBR. He believed that the establishment of LNBR on mutual consent and understanding of Academic institution of BR family is an historic event. LNBR will be an effective platform to share our experiences and work together on related areas. He also said, "In this competitive world, I think, we can reach nowhere walking alone; cooperative efforts with mutual understanding will provide us adequate space to march forward. LNBR will be such appropriate platform to keep us nearer."

柬埔寨王国研究院院长，洪森总理私人顾问，柬埔寨语言机构副主席，江西九江大学名誉教授。在柬埔寨，克罗缇达从事中国民风的研究，特别是为中国传统哲学思想在柬埔寨的传播起到了积极作用。出于对中国传统文化的浓厚兴趣与热爱，克罗缇达出版过多部相关柬语出版物。主要著作有《中国哲学》、《道家学说》、《孙武兵法》等。

土耳其翻译家。土耳其加齐大学副教授、博士。主要著作包括《生存在中国》、《奥斯曼帝国的火器向中国的传入与中国的奥斯曼人》、《中国语言与中文语法》、《时间打不败的国家:中国》、《中国人眼中的奥斯曼帝国：康有为突厥游记》。翻译出版的《孙子兵法》是首个从汉语直接翻译成土耳其语的译本，成为土耳其畅销书，现已第十次印刷。还翻译了张炜的《古船》，《论语》等。2016年获中华图书特殊贡献奖青年成就奖。
