Recently, Kuroi Senji, the president of Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association delivered a congratulatory speech to LNBR.
He introduced that, founded in 1956, Japan-China Cultural Exchange Association has sent a delegation of Japanese writers to visit China for the first time in the same year. Since 1961, the association started to receive the delegations of Chinese writers. Such mutual visits continue until today.
He believed that in the face of the unprecedented onslaught of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we anticipate wholeheartedly that at this most difficult times, the LNBR will explore new fields of global literary exchanges and focus at those neglected works of excellence and writers lie unknown by its following activities.
